    Community Foundations play an important role in the sustainability and advancement of the communities in which they serve.  Funded by private donors, these organizations provide a number of programs that financially support nonprofits and individuals based on eligibility criteria agreed upon by the donors; educational scholarships are included in those programs.

  • Education Foundation Matching Scholarship

    New to 2012, the Education Foundation has partnered with Brown Mackie College to create the Education Foundation Matching Scholarship Program.  This scholarship program is designed to assist students who contribute directly and reduce loan borrowing to pay for institutional charges.  This scholarship is awarded through an essay competition.  Visit the Student Financial Services department for more details on scholarship eligibility requirements and deadlines.

    The Education Foundation is a non-profit tax-exempt foundation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation is supported by contributions from multiple sources, and provides scholarships to students who attend Education Management Corporation (EDMC) owned schools.
