Brown Mackie College Appoints Eric Rudie President, Brown Mackie College - Michigan City

(Michigan City, IN - May 31, 2008) Brown Mackie College has recently appointed Eric Rudie as President, Brown Mackie College - Michigan City. Born and raised in California, Eric previously served as the Corporate Director of Compliance for Summit Career College in Colton, CA.

In his new role, Eric will provide leadership and support to the school's staff and faculty and continue to prepare students for the workforce.

Mr. Rudie earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama from the University of California -Irvine. He has 21 years of experience in private, postsecondary education administration and regulatory affairs.

He also served as the Executive Director and Corporate Director of Operations at Summit Career College and Assistant School Director at Canterbury Career Schools in Colton, CA. He also provided regulatory, operations and accreditation consulting services to wide variety of colleges over the years.

When asked about his new role, Eric stated, "I'm proud to serve in this position for Brown Mackie College - Michigan City. I am looking forward to helping to change the lives and careers of our students through providing high quality degree programs with a personal touch."

Eric enjoys golf and cooking gourmet meals. He and his wife Lisa have three children.
