(INDIANAPOLIS - September 24, 2007) Education Management LLC (EDMC) today announced the addition of Brown Mackie College - Indianapolis to its Brown Mackie College system of schools.
With its first day of class slated for January 7, 2008, Brown Mackie College - Indianapolis will occupy approximately 25,000 square feet at 1200 North Meridian Street near downtown Indianapolis. The school will begin enrolling students immediately.
"Brown Mackie College - Indianapolis will offer curricula that complements the demand for a skilled workforce in the central Indiana region," says Danny Finuf, president of the Brown Mackie College system of schools. "The school's curriculum is designed to enable students to achieve their professional aspirations while making a meaningful contribution to the community."
Brown Mackie College - Indianapolis will initially offer Bachelor of Science degree programs in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, and Legal Studies; and Associate of Science degree programs in Business Management, Criminal Justice, Medical Assisting, Paralegal, and Health Care Administration. The school will also offer certificate programs in Business and Medical Assistant.
The school's educational model is designed with the needs of students in mind - flexible academic program delivery options offered at convenient times, personalized instruction and small classes which enable students to fulfill work or family obligations as they pursue a higher education degree.
