Bravo's 'Top Chef' Tour Stops In Jacksonville

Bravo's "Top Chef" tour made a stop in downtown Jacksonville Thursday, April 9. Chefs Richard Blais from Season 4 and Sandee Birdsong from Season 3 gave free cooking demonstrations in Hemming Plaza. Two of The Art Institute of Jacksonville’s culinary students, William Mink and Veronica Ohler, were selected to participate and worked all day out of a 35 foot trailer that was fitted with a commercial kitchen to create the food for the event. You never know what will happen at the Art Institute of Jacksonville!
