(Atlanta, GA June 5, 2009) Brown Mackie College has appointed Sydney Sattler as President, Brown Mackie College — Atlanta. In her new role, Sydney will provide leadership and support to the school’s staff and faculty, and continue to prepare students for the workforce.
Sydney has over 20 years experience in proprietary education. She most recently served Vice President of Finance and Campus Operations for American InterContinental University in Atlanta, Georgia. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia.
When asked about her new role, Sydney stated, “I am extremely excited about joining Brown Mackie College because of its long history of educational excellence and continued commitment to providing practical education to its students. Brown Mackie College — Atlanta is filled with devoted students and dedicated faculty and staff. I am honored to be a part of the present and future plans and developments at the Atlanta campus.”
