(Fort Wayne, IN – May 7, 2009) Brown Mackie College — Fort Wayne will hold its 2009 Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 15, 6:30 p.m. at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, located at 4000 Parnell Avenue in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The 517 graduates represent the largest graduating class in the history of the college and is representative of the growth the college has experienced over the last few years.
Martin L. Pastura, President & CEO of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne, will deliver the keynote address. “We are honored to have Marty Pastura as our speaker. The YMCA’s focus on family, community and service has enhanced the standard of living for the entire region,” said Jim Bishop, President of Brown Mackie College – Fort Wayne.
Over 3,000 are expected to attend the commencement ceremony with nearly 400 graduates participating.
