Brown Mackie College Appoints Kao Odukale As President, Brown Mackie College - Moline

Brown Mackie College has recently appointed Kareem Asim Odukale as President, Brown Mackie College - Moline. Born and raised in South Minneapolis, MN by his mother Jabari and his sister Anika, Kareem aka Kao has spent 10 years in higher education. He previously served as Executive Director of Southeastern Career in Midland, TX and Campus Director of Rasmussen College in Eagan, MN. In his new role, Kao will provide leadership and support to the school's staff and faculty and continue to prepare students for the workforce.
Mr. Odukale earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. At the university, Kao was an active member of the Center for Global Education which provided him the opportunity to travel to South Africa and Namibia for a semester.
When asked about his new role, Kao stated, "I am extremely excited about working for Brown Mackie College because of their long history of educational excellence and continued commitment to providing practical education for our ever changing global environment, said Kao." Brown Mackie College- Moline is filled with devoted students and caring faculty and staff. I am honored to be a part of the present and future plans of the Moline campus."
