• Criminal law, which pertains to any act or omission in violation of a public law forbidding or commanding it; family law, including divorce, custody, alimony, child support, adoption, and juvenile law; and property law, including estates, licensing, marital and concurrent interests, and landlord/tenant relationships.

Additionally, persons who hold an active commission with a law enforcement agency in the state of Ohio are granted credit for the following additional course:
